These are some screenshots of the pc program that accompanies the frequency standard. What you see here are the results of the phase comparison between the GPS's pps and the locally generated pps. Red line: Raw data. Blue line: Sawtooth corrected data. Yello line: Prefiltered sawtooth corrrected data. That is what goes into the pll loop.
